Shipping policy

 In-Store Pickup/Ship to Store

Most in-stock items will be available for in-store pickup within 4 hours after placing the order. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup at the designated pickup location.

Orders placed after 1:00PM will be processed the following business day.

Ordered items will be held at the designated pickup location for a maximum of three (3) days from the order date as per order confirmation. Orders not picked up within this time will be cancelled and, if applicable, a credit issued to your account in the form of a virtual gift card.

Orders placed using the Bank Deposit method are subject to an additional processing time based on time taken for funds to clear in receiving bank.

In order to collect your order you must carry with you:

  • Your order and pickup confirmation emails
  • A valid Photo I.D. matching the name on the order
  • The card used to make the purchase or payment confirmation if applicable

Delivery 

We currently only deliver to addresses within Jamaica.

Typical shipping times on small to medium items are 1-3 business days after the order has been processed. Most orders will be processed within 48 hours. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Deliveries are completed between Monday to Friday and select Saturdays. We do not ship on Sundays at this time.

In order to receive your order you must have:

  • A valid Photo I.D. matching the name on the order
  • The card used to make the purchase or payment confirmation if applicable

All delivery orders must be checked off and signed for by the authorised receiving person(s). Deliveries will not be left if someone is unavailable to receive it at time of delivery.

It is important that all delivery details and instructions provided are clear and accurate. Please include any additional instructions or details that could be helpful in finding the delivery location when placing your order.

In the event that orders cannot be delivered due to an incorrect delivery address or an inability to contact the receiving party the order will be eligible for return (within the confines of our return policy) however shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you have recently placed an order and wish to check on the status please reach out to us via our web chat. We ask that you have your order number ready.

While we do our best to deliver islandwide, due to the remoteness of some locations we may be unable to deliver to you. If we are unable to deliver to you we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a a gift card or refund to the original payment method for the amount of the order.

Delivery services may be fulfilled by a third-party provider.

If you receive any damaged items please document the damages prior to accepting delivery and contact us immediately at info@tilecityjamaica.com or via our web chat.

Additional shipping charges may apply on deliveries of large, heavy items.

Tile Orders and Other Large and Bulky Items

Tile orders have longer processing times. Tile orders are typically available for pickup 2-4 days after the order has been placed. Processing times can vary depending on the volume of the order.
